ARCS MWC member Elli Nesbitt has been named an ARCS Sparks at the National level! The ARCS Sparks Award is meant to honor ARCS members who exhibit small, everyday acts of kindness or displays of leadership or commitment to ARCS Foundation within the chapter or at the national level.
